Effective Date: June 5, 2025
1.1 Deposits:
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of registration to reserve your space in the retreat. This deposit is applied toward the total retreat cost.
1.2 Payment Plans:
If you are on a payment plan, payments must be made according to the agreed schedule. Failure to make timely payments may result in forfeiture of your reserved accommodations and your space being offered to another participant. The Company is not obligated to hold your reservation if payments are missed or delayed.
1.3 Final Balance:
The full balance must be paid no later than 30 days prior to the retreat start date. Registrations made within 30 days of the retreat require payment in full at the time of booking.
2.1 Refund Policy:
Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
2.2 Transfer Policy:
In certain cases, and at the sole discretion of the Company, your reservation may be transferable to another retreat date or another participant. A $150 administrative fee may apply.
3.1 Voluntary Participation:
You acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating in all retreat activities and assume full responsibility for any and all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to physical activity, excursions, and travel to and from the retreat.
3.2 Waiver of Liability:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless House of Vibration LLC, its officers, employees, contractors, facilitators, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, damages, or expenses, including those arising from negligence, relating to personal injury, illness, property loss, theft, or damage incurred during the retreat.
3.3 International Legal Incidents:
You are solely responsible for your conduct and safety while abroad. House of Vibration LLC is not responsible for any legal issues, detainments, accidents, or incidents occurring outside of the retreat premises, including those involving local authorities or third-party service providers.
4.1 Medical Care:
Participants are solely responsible for managing their own health and medical needs before, during, and after the retreat. If medical treatment is necessary during the retreat, all associated costs are your sole responsibility.
4.2 Travel Insurance:
We strongly recommend that all participants purchase comprehensive travel insurance that includes trip cancellation, emergency medical care, and coverage for unexpected delays, illness, or injury.
All participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful, responsible, and cooperative manner throughout the retreat. Disruptive, abusive, or unsafe behavior may result in immediate removal from the retreat without refund, at the sole discretion of the Company.
By attending the retreat, you grant House of Vibration LLC the right to capture and use photographs, video, or audio recordings of you taken during the retreat for promotional and marketing purposes. You may request in writing to opt out of this release prior to the start of the retreat.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions, agreements, or understandings of any kind. No oral representations or modifications shall be binding unless in writing and signed by both parties.
By registering and submitting payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
